1. Introduction
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. This policy outlines the procedures for reporting and addressing complaints including content removal.
We have a Customer Support Team who operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
2. Complaints Policy
2.1. Reporting Channels
To initiate a complaint and or content removal then any affected party, whether a registered member or otherwise is required to first get in touch with our Customer Support team. Users can report content through the following methods:

Via Telephone: Speak with one of the team members available 24/7.
Online Live Chat: Speak with one of the team via the platform
Online Reporting Form and Submitting a help desk ticket: Accessible via the platform

2.2. Information Required
When submitting a report, please provide:
A clear description of the content or behavior in question.
Any relevant URLs, screenshots, or other evidence.
Your contact information for follow-up.
3. Content Removal Policy
3.1. Removal Requests
Users can request the removal of content through the following scenarios:
Personal Media Removal: If you wish to remove your own media from our platform, please contact our support team with your username and the specific media in question.
Unauthorized Use of Personal Media: If you believe someone is using your media without consent, please provide the username of the offending profile and any relevant evidence.
Explicit Content: If explicit content is found without consent, please report it immediately with the necessary details.
4. Review Process
All reported complaints will be reviewed, actioned and resolved within five (5) business days. If any behaviour or content is found to be in violation of our terms and conditions we reserve the right to:
Remove or restrict access to the content immediately .
Suspend or terminate the offending user's account immediately.
Report the incident to relevant authorities, if necessary
