The operators of Labrigna Network are not the producers of any depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct submitted by third party users or members. The activities of the operators of this website are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and or formatting of content posted directly to the website by third party users in areas under the users’ control.

Pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operators of Labrigna Network reserve the right to remove or delete any content posted by users that is deemed to be defamatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with the website’s policies and terms of use.

Labrigna Network is a community-based website that allows users to upload, share, and view various types of adult content. While Labrigna Network’s support staff makes reasonable efforts to verify compliance with applicable laws and site policies, such verification may not be completely accurate in all cases.

Labrigna Network is not a producer of user-generated content. Its obligation is limited to cooperating in the prompt removal of content once a violation of the site’s guidelines or applicable laws has been identified.

Compliance Procedures

d) Labrigna Network staff periodically reviews uploaded content and removes material that does not comply with its guidelines.

Each uploader is solely responsible for their own User Submissions and for the consequences of posting or publishing such content, as agreed by accepting the website’s terms of use.
